La Botte - Roma

We’ve been there in the evening, stopped to eat some pizza, and drink some aperol. Pizza was pretty good, and aperol was ok too. The minor issue is that waiters are “snobbish”, and talk Italian only to You, even though this is a tourists place. Also, I find it inconvenient that You can leave tips only in cash. In summary nice place!

Whilst on holiday in Rome, my mother and I were exploring to find a restaurant for dinner. As you know, it can be frustrating when you’re being hassled by the locals to eat in their restaurants, however, when finding La Botte it was a pleasant surprise to be able to view the menu independently, with the staff on hand to assist if needed. The menu looked delicious, and the friendly staff greeted us and showed us to our table. The waiters were informative, kind and very friendly when taking our orders. I ordered a carbonara, and it was BY FAR the best one I’ve ever eaten in Rome! I would highly recommend trying! If you’re ever in Rome, you should definitely visit this restaurant as the atmosphere, staff and food were absolutely incredible!

What a great spot in Rome! Authentic Italian with amazing service. The spaghetti and meatballs were my fav!

Trattoria di zona dove poter mangiare sia piatti tipici della tradizione romana che la pizza.Ogni giorno potete trovare anche un menù del giorno.Buoni anche i fritti e i dolci. Conviene prenotare, specialmente se si è in gruppo, perché il locale è sempre pieno. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio su strada.

Le trattorie datate non perdono mai colpi la cucina della nonna con i suoi sapori e odori che solleticano il palato...... consigliatissimo
