The best pizza i had in rome. Very friendly staff, we really enjoyed the evening spent in Il Carroccio.

Best pizza I have ever had in my life, for food its 100% 5 stars, but the service wasn’t the best ever (just a little too slow for my liking) , however the food was too tasty to let that ruin the experience! Would recommend this place to anyone that is visiting Rome!

Usually I don't write reviews, but for this place decided to make an exception. Went to Carroccio because it was close to my hotel and oh boy that was amazing. Mostly you would like to go there for a pizza and home wine, but salads and mains are nice too. Prices are very affordable: pizza 6-7 euro, home wine 4,5 for 1/2 litre. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Place is usually full of locals so you will feel like real Roman) Overall highly recommended!

If you are in Rome and especially in the square bologna district and want a good and true Neapolitan pizza you must absolutely go to the carriage. is a pizzeria managed by bells that produce a really delicious pizza, to lick the mustache. Daisy and ischitan are the most ordered pizzas of all. ischitana is a pizza with tomato, cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. are also very good mixed chips and the first ones. the place is very nice, cozy although a little small. This pizzeria restaurant is always full, especially on weekends where it is always better to book before going to the restaurant. a great service of this pizzeria restaurant is the possibility to book from home your pizza at the desired time and go to get it without having to wait even a minute. prices are not very low but are in the Roman average. Try absolutely.

Finally a real Neapolitan pizza. all the rest at pizza level. absolutely to go.
