Da Ermanno - Roma

Forget oily pizza that stays in your stomach for hours and makes you...feel bloated: Ermanno 's uses a special pizza dough with less fat (only a small amount of extravirgin olive oil that is light on your digestive system while also taste delicious. Since Ermanno's pizza is fantastic! High quality ingredients and long detection time for the dough makes it easy to eat and digest, so come with an appetite! On... the extensive menu there are also Calzone with Brocoletti and Italian sausage and a wonderful Suppli ' with spicy 'nduja, which are worth a good tasting. The pizza is always boiled for a choice, and Ermanno often makes 'white' pizza filled with various fresh local ingredients, a bit like a pizza sandwich (which with Stracchino and Ciauscolo or even the traditional porchetta. I'm not a fan of Margherita, but when I'm here, I always take a small piece of Margherita to taste while I wait for my order to be prepared. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they do to order pizza through the slice or round pizza cake. There is even a well-stocked refrigerator with drinks, including beer and soft drinks (the traditional "chinotto" and wine tasting. Very recommended.

This pizza place was the best pizza taglio in Rome. The owner, was charming and her pizza was amazing. We really liked it. He really showed interest in us where we were from, and explained to us some tourist things. We do not know his name, but we want him to know (as we have said to him) that when we come back to Rome we will come to Daermanno.
