Visiting relatives in Rome they took me to have proper Italian pizza. At first I wasn’t sure where we were going because it was very dark, then suddenly we entered into a driveway that was full of cars. As you enter the restaurant you see many long tables filled with families. This tells me I am in a special place. We start with some arrosticini which are skewers of small pieces of meat in sticks grilled to perfection and some homemade fries and bruschetta. The list of pizzas is impressive with some amazing combinations like potato and truffle which after tasting I regret being skeptical of. I order the “funghi” which is mushroom and when it arrives they spared no expense in piling on the paper thin slices of mushrooms. The pizza is paper thin and when finished you feel satisfied but not stuffed. The edges are slightly burnt the way a real pizza should be for flavor. As we leave we are introduced to the owners who are a whole family. The husband and wife and daughter and sons are the engine of the place which explains why all the food we ate felt like it was touched with love..

We ate here twice during our stay nearby and we all (wife and two kids) loved it. The pizza was amazing and everything else we had was really good and the place just felt authentic. We had a great vino Bianco de la casa as well. Overall it felt like everyone there was a local and we would recommend it to anyone.

The pizza is one of the best in town! Highly recommended, since every week a new pizza created by the friendly Cristian (co-owner) is being presented and served! Definitely worth a visit!!

I went with a friend to this pizzeria because another friend recommended us and I can describe the experience as amazing! We taste several kind of food, from pizza till salad, and absolutely everything was good, the service was so friendly and helpful, they explained us every plate that we ordered, and the place is wonderful. I suggest this place for dinner, our experience was really good.

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere! Nice setting spoke enough English for me and my partner to feel at home.
