For my and my boyfriend's anniversary I decided to give him a weekend in the beautiful capital of Italy, after much research I came across this hotel which initially didn't inspire me much but I decided to give it a chance anyway, and believe me, I couldn't have made a better choice! Apart from the crazy style and the size of the rooms (even the classic ones) it is a hotel with excellent cleanliness (coming from me who finds defects everywhere) and with excellent, friendly and kind staff. Furthermore, it is very close to the metro where you can take subways that will take you wherever you want to go! Breakfast was also included in the price, I won't tell you, excellent food and a pleasant and welcoming dining room, you can sit both outside and inside. I am really satisfied and I am more than sure that I will return! Thanks to all the staff at Hotel The Building, you don't deserve 4 stars, but the FULL 5 stars. This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. It lacks basics like a kettle in the room or a free minibar (at least 1 bottle of water) or a TV that works without having to reconnect the box that hangs from the TV each time it is used. Big downside: the spa which seems included in the hotel service when booking but access to which requires a fee! Finally, hotel in an outlying area, no nightlife or restaurants nearby. Breakfast very good (although the coffee could be better in the land of espresso). The restaurant is good but very basic and the service average (15 minutes to tell us that the wine ordered was no longer available even though our dishes had already been served). The hotel is very good located and in the near of the Termini Station. I have been in many hotels in Roma due to my travels, however The Building Hotel in Roma is for sure one of the best. I highly recommend it as once you are there you feel very comfortable and welcome and the hotel has very friendly staff as well as a high quality breakfast buffet. The rooms are specious, clean and very comfortable I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for everyone that visits Roma Rooms: Very comfortable, clean, specious and modern Safety: The hotel is located very central and perfectly located. The Subway stations Castro Pretorio is within walking distance to the hotel and easy to find and reach. Food drinks: Very good breakfast , high selection of quality breakfast items with a special eye for details for sweets and pastries.
