Contribuiți la feedbackApril 25th, place open, lights on, I enter... staff present... behind the croissant counter there was a girl, I ask her for a croissant to take away, she looks at me and says we 're closed, we open at 7 and invites me to come back later. It was 6.56am. Fiscal and not attentive to the customer.
Croissant pastry not bad but too much cream and too liquid. Also the deca coffee not too good. A coffee and a deca cappuccino, two croissants €11 Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I've known this pastry shop for decades and it recently changed its name. I don't know if it's the same owners For me their croissants are the best in Rome but I haven't tasted them for a long time, the rest are as good as the other famous pastry shops but we are far from the dream with high prices
Being in Rome we wanted to try breakfast. We enter, we stand at the counter and after 5 minutes they ask us what we want. I ask for a vegan croissant (I'm lactose intolerant) but Mrs. Elena very arrogantly tells me that vegans come more and that they should have communicated it at the cash register. We still hadn't received the receipt and asked if we could sit at the tables, so she always rudely left us with the order halfway through (my partner couldn't even express her preference on what to get). Even the waiter who served us at the table looked annoyed. Since we entered the place no one said good morning to us. We ask for two HD cappuccinos, he tells me ok, two normal cappuccinos, I obviously point out to him that the HD is lactose-free, then we also ask for a foamed milk for our son. Only the foamed milk arrived and after 5 minutes the two cappuccinos which cannot be defined as such because they were incredibly hot, were smoking and I'm not joking and were obviously foam. The place is poorly maintained, the only positive thing is the croissants, good and well-made pasta. I would say excellent. In my opinion, the price of the two cappuccinos with zymill milk is also shameful, €4 per person with a total of €8 which if they had been done well I would have also paid for them but in these conditions no.
