Be wary of anyone who offers you not dinners but experiences : you can only have the real experience if you go to this unique place. Once you cross the threshold, you will have the impression that time has stopped here and you will find a homely atmosphere of from Sunday at your grandparents ' house , only that your grandfather is a Master, an institution in the art of pizza and will make you eat a unique pizza, made with love, dedication and skill. The dough is left to rise for a long time inside a wooden cupboard and then expertly cooked inside a huge wood-fired oven that will remind you of that of your grandmothers in the best countryside (if you were lucky enough to have queen grandmothers of bread making). Never judge a book by its cover alone, the overall experience will surprise you even though the place is very bizarre. If you want to eat an authentic Neapolitan pizza, in a place that does not follow temporary fashions and maintains the tradition of Neapolitan pizza, you have chosen the right place. The place appears spartan and, at first glance, might seem abandoned in the past (it was inaugurated in 1994, and the sign of time does not seem to have changed since then). However, this could also be, paradoxically, an advantage because it preserves a sort of magic with a sense of authenticity that can rarely be found in modern venues. My advice is not to let yourself be intimidated by the spartan nature of the place and not to be prejudiced because the substance you will find inside the pizza you eat will surprise you in a positive way despite the place being very bizarre. Let 's start talking about the menu: there isn 't a wide choice of foods to eat, there are no appetizers or other types of food on the menu with the exception of homemade desserts (if available) and it 's very concrete for a PIZZERIA it 's PIZZA. Even in this case the choice is not very wide and the overall costs, depending on the pizza chosen, vary from 10 to 13 euros per pizza. However, the selected ingredients are authentic and of excellent quality and the pizza blocks follow a meticulous process to guarantee perfect quality to the customer. I took a Napoli and I didn 't regret my choice at all: the dough wasn 't excessively chewy and it was cooked PERFECTLY without burning. Perhaps the only flaw was the water released by the buffalo mozzarella or the tomato which also released liquids during cooking, making the pizza soft in some parts, but it was not excessive damage given that overall the quality of all other ingredients was of excellent quality. The staff is friendly, between one joke and another the owner will even be able to bring out a few laughs with a background of Neapolitan neo-melodic music. However, you pay in cash. Advised.
