The style inside is very modern, beautiful, clean and the staff exquisite, attentive and unobtrusive. The veranda outside is obviously less busy in terms of furnishings but it is not cold at all thanks to the lamps and the attention of the waiters to always close the curtain. The food left me a little perplexed as the menu is very inviting. The ebi gyoza were excellent but the amberjack with crazy water was decidedly overcooked, uramaki not spacey (which I expect from those who decide not to do an all you can eat), tonnarelli with wagyu ragout unfortunately lacked a bit of salt and they were a little too sticky. Wagyu is too cheap to be 5A and if you ask, in fact, the answer is that it isn't but it would still be nice if it were specified on the menu.
