Erudito Gluten Free - Rom

There's not much to say... I'm not celiac, but my children are, and yet here I think I ate the best burger of my entire life! Everything is completely gluten free, except for a couple of beers (well marked on the menu), the bread is made by them and it is all exquisitely delicious. Prices absolutely normal. We ate: PAMPLONA: artisan bun with beef burger, cheddar cheese, patanegra lard, caramelized red onion, iceberg salad and BBQ sauce COSTUME TRY: artisan bun with beef burger, double cheddar cheese, double bacon, onion ring and BBQ sauce THE RIGHT ONE: artisan bun with XXL fried chicken nuggets, cheddar cheese, sliced tomato, iceberg lettuce and Ereditore sauce FRENCH FRIES CHEESE BACON I recommend a visit to those who are celiac (but also to those who are not) because it is truly the best! Small, informal place, without a sign, spartan interior, sandwiches are unfortunately cold (yet the place wasn't full) and they are already gluten free, which makes them rubbery, at least the crunchy crust would have been welcome... ultra classic chips that are too salty for my palate, I took a vegetarian burger, the provola cheese partly burnt. Overall lukewarm, in every sense. It's not a place I would return to, sorry. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Great find of the evening! Really good food and very friendly staff. Excellent experience! Allow me to give a little advice: a sign outside the venue would make it more easily recognisable, so it seems anonymous and, if you don't know it, you wouldn't want to enter.
