Well, if you are looking for a place to eat excellent à la carte sushi with Brazilian influences, you are in the right place. Great quality and presentation of the dishes. We took a menu for two for 70 euros which was satisfactory, the only flaw was the semi-hidden price of the service equal to 10% (it's written on the menu, but it's a bit ambiguous of the total, so menu 70 water 3 €7 equal to 10% of the total for the service, €80. The difference is immediately noticeable in the quality of the tuna, truly a bluefin tuna sashimi, not an alternative fish. The fish is purchased on Thursday evening (put into a blast chiller at -40⁰ , so for maximum freshness and assortment, Friday is the ideal day. I'll be back on Friday. I have to say this. Their bathroom was phenomenal. Free pads and panty liners, hand towels instead of paper towels so it was sustainable and beautiful design. The menu is small but effective and the food was delish. The chef was doing chef things out in the open and everyone was so kind. Main waiter understood English too. I would dine here again. Quite disappointing. I came here with great expectations, given the hype and the Amazing pictures posted on their Instagram page. Although the location was very plain, it was not cured as i would imagine a non all you can eat japanese restaurant would be. Many all you can eat i visited in Rome were definitely more stylish and higher level. The food was good, no doubt, but we spent over 100€ and we didn't even get wine nor dessert. We also had a 20% discount, ordering by the fork. The overall feeling we got was not good and I would not recommend it, there are better places to visit in Rome for good sushi. Nice Restaurant in a very minimalistic design. Recommend for dinner. Food was excellent.
