Pizza romana ma non troppo... No sono per le mezze misure o é romana o è napoletana!

I haven't eaten such a good pizza. I suggest taking appetizers as different from the usual pizzeria. Bravo!

All chefs from critical reviews that I read, eh! I'm begging that I'm lactose intolerant and that pizza usually stays on my stomach. This place gave me the pleasure of eating pizza! Not heavy and full of fantasy. Just say I choose the version without mozzarella and they please me without renunce! I got it yesterday. Pizza Sbroccolo un fiordilatte and then they made it with the red bottom even if not expected. Well, true goodness! I can eat Parmesan and here on pizza add a real delicious Parmesan cream. I mean, thank you for bringing me back the pleasure of eating pizza. If I can give advice, taste the most imaginative versions, ah, I forgot... zero heartburn!

I went to eat at dinner at this pizzeria with my girlfriend, pushed by the super positive evaluations on a pizza to the Roman. Pizza that is actually very good and not heavy, with fries as a really valid appetizer. Unfortunately we have found a service not just impeccable to use an euphemism, and above all very slow. Well you know that on Saturday night you can not expect a record service in terms of timing, wait 35 minutes for fries, and eat pizzas only 70 minutes after arrival seems a little exaggeration. Despite the reservation we had to wait 20 minutes on foot, because you had to free a table to allow us to dine, let's say a little strange. Do not have a welcome space, and therefore not even someone who introduces you to the restaurant is not the maximum, because it almost seems that you have to ask for permission to be waiting for something we had (the table). Menu composed of a few classic pizzas and many gourmet pizzas, with a probably too high cost for the type of local. This review wants to be the average between a really excellent pizza (although with few classic choices, and many gourmets) and a really arranged service, and a location too far from the gourmet line both in terms of proposals, and prices. Probably, given the other reviews, it may have only been bad luck, however it is advisable for those who want to taste a 'excellent Roman pizza.
