Panda Express - Rolling Meadows

Modern aesthetic, good amount of seating, and the employees all seemed nice. We were in a rush so placed an online order for pickup an hour ahead at 6:30. We got here around 6:40 and it still wasn't ready (they said they were waiting on the teriyaki chicken, which seems to be consistently late according to other reviews). Took another 5 minutes. They shouldn't offer ordering ahead if they miss the time frame by that much, especially after giving them an hour to get it prepped.Also the trash cans were both full to the top so we had nowhere to throw our garbage. At least the food was great, just like you'd find at any Panda.

It used to be a favorite restaurant but I won't go anymore. The lady named MONICA M. treats the customer very badly, the treatment is racist and despot with Hispanics, being Hispanic, also her treatment with Anglo-Saxons is very friendly, but with Hispanic people, I don't usually writing about this type of thing but the type of person he is is very unfair to me. I asked him for his name and he never gave it to me and I got it because checking the receipt I saw his name the food was served in very little quantity and they let you wait a long time To the customer, why don't they have the dishes made? They have to supervise that detail since they lack food at the counter and the line is long to wait for them to make them. I hope they take my opinion into account.

I want Chinese food fast, I sacrifice. It's not horrible, but it's not your favorite Chinese food place... atmosphere is like any other fast food joint.

Typical Americanized Chinese food. The white rice and the fried rice are too dry. I understand not wanting it to be like oily fried rice, but this is instant boxes rice dry. Service is good and friendly, and they keep the food items replenished

Good food, but I was hungry also. Decent size portion. It was close and fast.
