Chipotle Mexican Grill

When I arrived at the restaurant around 1pm, there was only one person working the food line. As I waited in line, I noticed a man sitting at a table with a friend, ignoring the growing line of customers. Despite making eye contact with me multiple times, he made no effort to assist. Eventually, he called for another employee to help with the increasing demand. When I was finally served, I asked for a bowl and was given a minimal amount of protein. When I requested more, I was met with resistance. The service was lacking and the overall experience left much to be desired. It's no surprise that this restaurant has a 3.9 rating. I wish I had read the reviews before dining here.

Avoid ordering online from this restaurant at all costs. They are known to serve smaller portions when no one is watching.

Why are they in charge of wrapping the burritos if they don't know how to do it properly? The woman working there only half-heartedly fixed my meal after I suggested using another tortilla. When I asked for salsa, she sloppily poured it on top, making a mess. I asked her to please be more careful and actually give me some salsa, but she ignored me and repeated the mistake, causing the burrito to fall apart in my car on the way home. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I am a big fan of the new plant-based chorizos! unfortunately, from the 4 times that I put it at this point, 3 of these times it was badly burned at this place it feels like they had a running competition to see who can burn it the worst.
