Pizza Hut - Rolla

There was one person and one delivery person on duty. When the delivery man left it left one person to wait tables and cook pizza's.

Ordered ahead for curbside pickup. Checked in online. No one showed up. Called the number on the sign. No one showed up.Went inside to pick up my two pizzas and chicken and was told they “sent out” my large pizza with someone else ON PURPOSE and it would be 10 minutes for them to make me a new one. I did not have 10 minutes to stand around waiting so they said they would issue a refund.There was only one woman working the entire store. (She made sure I knew this) The bathroom was closed off and the whole place looks like a storage shed. I’m not sure what is going on but the big pile of boxes in the corner of the dining room with the “EXPIRED DO NOT USE” sign is a bit concerning.Also, my one pizza that made it home was the wrong order and definitely not fresh or hot. This all was a very disappointing experience and I am very surprised that corporate Pizza Hut doesn’t shut this location down. It’s sad….what used to be a delicious and quick dinner was a huge let down.

Pizza huts range. But this one when the right staff are in is top notch Hut.

Sucks that this place had their dining room being used as storage cuz they cooked my pasta perfectly it wasn't burnt around the edges the cheese sticks that were upgraded were amazing and they were very kind and helpful it would have been nice to be able to sit down in that restaurant and enjoy the atmosphere like used to be able to as a kid

Sat for 20 minutes with no drinks or someone to take our order ...you need a bigger crew on a friday night ...my experience sucked!!
