Bojangles - Rolesville

3 out of 5 times when I visit this location they get my order wrong. If you're going to visit this location, do yourself a favor and go inside. The drive-thru takes three times longer to get your food and it's never right. Most of the time the food is just thrown in the bag or the boxes and sometimes the lids are not secure on the sides causing the dirty rice to go all over the other food. The chicken in my Cajun chicken biscuit was a bit dry and had been sitting too long. Normally everything at this location is pretty good but this was not as good as I've experienced in the past. Update 10-01-23. Drive-through order for two piece dinner. Biscuit was dry and overcooked but not burnt. Leg was good but thigh was dry and too much coating and a bit too crispy. As for the dirty rice it was more soupy than rice. I guess this location is going downhill. It's my hometown Bojangles and I was hoping to get a decent dinner. This location never seems to have hot food, service is horrible and you may or may not actually get what you order. I wish I had two more hands so I could give this location four thumbs down????????????????
