Hôtel Campanile Roissy

Best service ever seen in my life by campanile staff, best hotel for food, best hotel for stay and also the location is good, there is some trees of Apple, some trees are green apple and some are red apple, so it is a best location for stay, staff is also nice with the customer and tourists, they were very politely and good to talk with us. The best hotel in Paris for tourists. Room service was also good, I visited in September 2022 for Paris tour. People's are also good in Paris.

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Got stuck here because of Air France (thanks). Receptionist was very nice but the room, where do I start…the room had a bad odor to the point that we had to keep the window open all night. No towels in the bathroom or anything. I really don’t understand how this place is still in business honestly. Don’t believe the photos that you see online from any site that you see about this place. This place is so bad it should be illegal. I had better accommodations in the military while in basic training than this place. The only decent thing about this place is that it’s close to the airport

Absolutely vile! This was a stop due to a cancelled flight and I’d have rather slept on the floor at the airport. I was placed in a disabled room with a leak which clearly had not been tended to in some time. I tried to report this to the front of house staff, only to be told “non”. The evening staff at time of check in were wonderful, friendly and polite considering they’d had coach loads of people being dropped off. Meals were okay, though the constant sound of bugs being zapped on their lamps is off putting. I was bitten by multiple bugs, including those see in the bed and wouldn’t walk around without shoes on.

Missed my flight and booked this hotel for convenience. We came around 2am and gate was locked and receptionist was not there. Couldn’t enter for 40 minutes until he supposedly woke up and didn’t even apologize. Don’t expect much from the rooms also but you get your moneys worth as it’s cheap. Also, people on bar/restaurant do not speak basic English. Avoid!!! You may be left outside.

Stayed here for 1 night waiting for a flight. Basic room but comfortable, great drench shower. Bar man Wilfred was awesome, breakfast was pleasant with a good selection. Air conditioning was working thankfully! Took about 15 mins to transfer to the airport.
