El Pollo Loco - Rohnert Park

The older short lady who prepares the food is so rude and hostile. She looks every time I come in. The guys running the front end are very cool and nice. More than make-up for these rude bitters. I think she has a problem with black people. She treats me like I'm a robber and always alert. I gave 5 stars because food is fresh and I didn't want to punish all for the bad behavior and attitude of this lady. I think this person needs diversity and inclusion training.

I ordered a 4-piece dish, but three of the pieces were mostly bones with hardly any meat on them. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered many times without problems. Great tasting! But unfortunately, I cannot give 5 stars because of a recent problem with this place. The order I made today has forgotten all Salsas. It's like eating French fries without ketchup. I tried to see what happened, no answer. Over the next 15 minutes, I tried to call because I wasn't the only missing salsa. I called a Petaluma location to see if I had the right number. This place called this place and still no answer. So, just make sure everything is correct BEFORE you leave the restaurant parking.

I enjoyed the food there. When it comes to Mexican Fast food you're usually stuck with Taco Bell.. If you want chicken you're stuck with Kentucky fried. Here you can get a variety of South of the border bowls or chicken at a reasonable price ice. They have a number of sides, I really liked the corn. The food was serve hot! And they double bagged my Togo order. Nice.
