Torchy's Tacos - Rogers

I went for the first time on a Sunday afternoon, I’ve been so excited to try it. It was filthy, all of the tables were dirty, underneath the tables were dirty with food and napkins. Nothing was being kept up after. The food was mediocre at best. Very disappointing considering how excited I was to eat there.

I placed a to go order online over an hour ago. My husband went to pick it up and stood there for over half an hour. The bag with our order was sitting right there on the back counter and he was asked his name 3 different times by three different people. Nobody checked to see if it was ready or went to grab it. He finally gave up and walked out. It’s paid for, but now that it’s been sitting in a bag for over an hour with flies buzzing around it and he was given zero help for over 30 minutes, we don’t even really want the order anymore. I tried to call to just get a refund, but they don’t have a way to contact the restaurant and the home office you get forwarded to is closed on the weekends. $54 later with zero tacos, we won’t be ordering again. We LOVED Torchy’s back where we used to live and ate there probably once a week if not more, but we were really disappointed after the experience with them today. They really do have the best tacos, but this location has the worst service.Edited to add- the online contact form isn’t phone friendly and the app just tells you to call the location- which you can’t. I drove back to get a refund and was able to get help with that right away. They were apologetic and nice. I may give it another shot, but definitely not during the lunch rush.

Way overpriced, 3 tacos and a small marg was $32.50.Service basically doesn't exist. You walk in and order from a counter, then just wait and wait.Eventually, they bring you some food.Been to this location twice, and both times they brought me something other than what I ordered.The food is OK. I personally feel like the brand and food quality is going down hill. Since they started expanding.

Came here with a lunch group of four.Did not disappoint. These tacos are delicious and filling. I had a carnitas and Baja fish taco. The combination was great and both had cotija cheese. It was so tasty. The guac and chips was also fresh and had a nice kick with chorizo. It took a minute to get counter service. But not a huge deal was just unusual for noon to have slow counter service. It all worked out and was able to enjoy a productive business lunch.

The Caribbean jerk was very good. The brushfire was ok, not bad. Next time I will get 2 Caribbean tacos. The wife had a burrito that was mediocre. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order, but I suppose that's typical for Friday evening.
