Steak N Shake - Rogers

The shake is good, don't get me wrong, but I literally waited 30 minutes for my shake, just because there was no spoon.

First time visit and the cashier charged us for the completely wrong burger and forgot to add bacon to the other. Fries are not that good. Seats were comfortable. And burger was good for not having bacon. Definitely need work. Really not impressed!

I ordered a Portabella Mushroom Swiss burger. There were delicious grilled onions on it. The French fries are a shoestring cut which was a nice change. The service was excellent and the food was extremely delicious! Also I had a Birthday Cake Shake and it tasted like a real birthday cake!

My daughter and I stopped in to have breakfast. I have eaten Steak 'n Shake many times but have never gone in. I was pleasantly surprised that you are seated by a server who takes your order and your food is delivered on real plates with actual silverware. I ordered pancakes with eggs and sausage. My daughter wanted a burger and fries. It was nice that I was able to get breakfast and she could get lunch. My pancakes were delicious. They have a sweet vanilla flavor that I really like. My sausage and eggs were also good. The price was super reasonable. I will definitely remember Steak 'n Shake as a weekend breakfast option more often.

I visited the restaurant today and was very disappointed. I waited for 30 minutes for my milkshake, which I had already paid for, but never received. Despite asking two different employees to check on my order, they never came back with an update. The restaurant was not very busy, yet we did not receive any refills on our drinks. I went through the drive-thru and discovered I was missing a meal when I got home. When I returned two days later to address the issue, I was unable to get a refund because I did not have a receipt. Although I enjoy the food at this restaurant, the customer service is lacking. I still leave a tip as I appreciate their work, but they should definitely improve their attention to customers.
