Sonic Drive-in - Rogers

The person who took our order today was extremely polite and friendly. He spoke clearly and confirmed our order to ensure everything was correct. We didn't have to wait at all in the drive-thru. The onion rings came straight from the oven, so they were hot and had that delightful aroma reminiscent of a state fair. Overall, we received excellent service and the food was great.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited over 10 minutes for my order and noticed the manager on the phone for 6 of those minutes. To make matters worse, the staff used my cup twice. They initially prepared the wrong shake in it, then dumped it out and made the correct one in the same cup. As a result, my shake tasted like a mix of chocolate and coconut, and my extreme tots were missing ranch dressing. This could be a serious issue for someone with a coconut allergy. It’s not ideal to reuse a cup that was already messed up with my order. I even asked a friend to try my shake, and she agreed that it tasted like coconut mixed with chocolate. I was really frustrated with the experience. However, after I submitted a report online, the owner contacted me and was very kind. She assured me that she would address the issue with her staff and offered me a complimentary meal. I appreciate their excellent customer service and hope they can resolve these issues moving forward.

Always quick service! I really appreciate the speed, and the rollerblades add a fun touch. It's a nice surprise when they glide up to you unexpectedly.
