Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rogers

This restaurant is extremely disappointing. Every time we attempt to visit, there is a new issue. Once it's cash only, another time they only accept online orders. This time, they are out of chips and guacamole! How is it possible to not have chips? It seems incredibly lazy. Without the ability to contact the restaurant beforehand to see what the problem is that day, it's always a gamble on what you'll receive. Additionally, the quality of the food is usually subpar. And on top of everything, they are also out of ice.

I have always been a fan of Chipotle and never had a negative experience until now. The servers seemed unhappy and were quiet. The area behind the counter was quite messy, with different compartments overflowing into each other. Even when there were no customers ordering, they didn't bother to clean up. The rice was undercooked and the food wasn't warm, although the drinks were. After this experience, I don't think I will be returning to this location again.

The server was skimping on the portions of rice, beans, and meat as if they were limited rations. Everything else was fine, but I wish I had received more rice instead of the measly half scoop I was given.

The service at this restaurant was very slow. We visited during lunch rush, so it was busy, but the line was moving at a snail's pace. Other than that, the experience was typical of what you would expect from Chipotle. The service is for takeout and the meal type is lunch, with an average price of $10-20 per person. The food was rated a 5, service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5. Recommended dishes include the Burrito Bowl.

We were unable to place an in-store order at this restaurant, so we had to order online. Due to the high volume of orders, our order wasn't ready until 40 minutes had passed. I would not recommend this place for takeout. Service and atmosphere both received a rating of 1 out of 5. Price per person ranges from $1 to $10.
