Chili's Grill - Rogers

We arrived just before closing during a rare snowstorm, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They quickly arranged several appetizers for our group of seven. Despite the late hour, they were still enthusiastic about serving us. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Wow! I was just about to give up on this place. It had gone to the dogs! Poor service, dirty floors and tables, cold food, and invisible management. They have really turned thing around! I have been twice in the last couple of weeks, and both times, the service was amazing! A manager was expediting service, and the food was hot and arrived quickly. Food quality was about the same, but presentation was vastly improved. Our server checked our table several times and brought drink refills before even being asked. I don't know what changed, but I will continue to give them my business now! Way to redeem yourself, Chili's!

Tonight we had a waitress named Maziey (I hope I spelled that right) and she was the best waitress I've seen in a long time. She made our experience truly delightful! Her recommendations were spot on, and the food was fantastic. Thanks to her, our evening was a perfect 10/10!

Great waitress we had, very polite and friendly. Clean restrooms, clean lobby, hot and fresh food and the wait wasn't bad at all.

It's the first time I've ever given Chili's five stars. We had the wings and chips and dips and it was wonderful delicious and perfect. Of course that was not the store in fort Smith because that one's terrible.
