Chili's Grill - Rogers

Food was good, that was safe...taste and presentation were top notch. The building and the atmosphere are just beginning to suffer at this point. Definitely time for a change, as things seem older and run down.

At Chili's, you can always expect a familiar taste in the food, which is great because the consistent quality across different locations is impressive. However, I gave them three stars mainly due to their curbside service. The food has never arrived hot enough to feel like it's from the restaurant (though I’m not sure if that’s how it’s intended to be?), and during my most recent visit, I waited over twenty minutes past the estimated time for my order. I've experienced timing issues with previous orders as well, but I noticed many others were able to drive up and get their food promptly, so I know they have the capability to improve.

We really love the burgers at Chili's! Tonight, when our curbside order wasn't correct, Janelle quickly made a new one for us. She apologized for the mix-up and even offered us a dessert as a gesture of goodwill. Janelle personally brought the order to our car and surprised my husband with some gift cards. Everything was perfect and delicious! I highly recommend this location! Thank you for taking such great care of us, Janelle!

The chicken avocado sandwich was so good.I had to take half of our home it was so big.

My daughter and I visited the restaurant and tried the two for $25 deal. Wow, it was an enormous amount of food, but everything was delicious! I highly recommend it, and make sure to save room for the tasty cookie dessert—it’s included in the meal deal! We even had plenty of leftovers to enjoy another meal later!
