Contribuiți la feedbackWe went there as a family to spend some time esp when it was so bad weather out side. The whole restaurant actually stincted with smell of oil and beef. Feels good for some time but then I developed an head ache by the time food came in so we choose to sit in the car and eat unfortunately . food was also little undercooked so just had to gulp n leave, cos how long can we sit in the car like that. they should have good ventilation and strong odor removal systems so customers feel like entering in . service was ok. there were no people inside as customers . most I saw came in for pick up .
Thai Express, is a fast food place. It serves traditional Thai cuisine. There are more than 200 locations across Canada and worldwide. The food served fast, taste fresh and authentic. The prices of food are cheaper than many other restaurants. When I have food at the food court, Thai Express is always my first choose because it’s fast, clean, healthy and tasty. It provides a great quality of food. The one I have been on last week is located on Crossiron Mills Outlet food court. The same as before, I have ordered General Thai (Chicken) with Medium Spicy combo to go. After took the order, the cook began to cook my order for me in front of me. The food came very fast and warm. The vegetable was fresh and well cooked, but the meat tasted a bit of old and overcooked. They put too much sauce in my food, which made my food having super strong flavors and salty. They gave me more meat and vegetable than rice, which was great. In summary, I really like this Thai cuisine place. Strongly recommend to everyone.
Ordered vegetable pad siew, not much veggie, and it is close to $10! noodle portion was reasonable, quite salty and taste weird. The best Thai Express pad siew is still the one at Market Mall. I thought it should be okay since I saw a long lineup but this lesson tells me I shouldn 't trust the length of the line up anymore. Very very disappointed. My experiences tell me that Thai Express does not know how to manage the cooking skill and quality of their franchise stores, definitely going downhills.
It was Ok ..chicken was tough. Onion skins had to be picked out. But it was hot. Fun trying to eat it with chop sticks.
I ordered a chicken Tom yum soup and the contents didn't even fill half the bowl. For $10, the soup was really expensive and the value was not there. Quite disappointed at this location.
