Yogen Fruz - Rocky View County

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff gave me dirty looks and seemed to have an unpleasant attitude. Additionally, the displayed prices were different from what they charged me. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've encountered this issue at this location.

I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant. It used to be our favorite spot, but the quality has really declined. First, the portion sizes have shrunk significantly; the regular servings are now much smaller than before, and they don't fill the cups to the top like they used to. Secondly, they seem to be cutting corners. My girlfriend ordered a mint chocolate chip treat, and the bottom was filled with unmixed mint syrup, which was quite unappetizing. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake sensation, and I swear there was less than a tablespoon of cheesecake in it. If I wanted just plain strawberry, I would have ordered that.

Awful customer service! I paid for a topping, but they hardly added any. When I asked for more, they wanted an extra 50 cents. At Chinook, you don’t even need to ask for extra! I won't be returning for frozen yogurt here again!

The quality of their yogurts is excellent, particularly the strawberry flavor, which is absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly, and I've visited multiple times this summer just to enjoy one. I've noticed that the team works well together to efficiently fulfill everyone's orders.

The woman who works there is incredibly kind and patient, especially with children. She also maintains a very clean environment. I highly recommend this location!
