Villa Madina - Rocky View County

BEWARE of ordering food from Villa Madina using Uber Eats.I waited till the app said food is probably ready.The staff says to cancel my order!Villa Madina has to sort out the issues with Uber Eats as it’s the customer who is suffering.

This place shouldn't be serving middle eastern food, nothing there tastes middle eastern, it's all east Indian spice added to middle eastern food, I ordered kafta and taouk platter, never in my life have I had curry in kafta until I ate here, the kafta was yellow from so much curry, the taouk tasted like tandoori chicken, the toum (garlic sauce) was nothing more than mayo and garlic, middle eastern cousin shouldn't be run by east Indians....

Uncharging people with food allergies!!I ordered a side of potatoes as my wife and I love these. I asked for the garlic sauce on the side,, but they charged a dollar to have it on the side. It is free if you have it on top of the potatoes How is this justified? Maybe charge a 25cent fee if you are so concerned of the price of a 2cent container, but a dollar? You get way less sauce on the side as well so don’t know why you would put that fee on the customer especially due to food allergies.Horrible business practice if you ask me.Dietary restrictions: They won’t cater to your needs, only for a charge.

Long ago with the old ownership it was amazing food since that big guy has become the owner very rude!!! The food he served is just deceiving ppl. Low quality food. We have completely stopped going there.

What delicious shawarma they serve. We ordered beef sandwich. It was so scrumptious that we went for a second one. The pickle and turnip were excellent extras to balance the flavour. Staff were friendly and efficient. However, one less star for the hidden charges. They didn’t give us the receipt, but there were $1-2 extra off the menu item like cheese without letting us know that was extra.
