Wendy's - Rocky River

Waiting in line for 30 minutes and 15 of that was at where you place your order with 1 car in front of me. This is totally unacceptable

Good food, fair price, unlike McDonald's.They're frosty machine is never broke

Disappointing. I received a burger with the incorrect bun and missing half of the ingredients.

Walked in ordered only customer besides two door dashers waited for meal twenty minutes its was cold fries were burning out tounge and too salty nuggets were almost cold husband had to go back to counter sandwich made wrong got home and his mother and him immediately got sick they both had biggie bags. While they were eating the fries they said there was a strange burning taste on them. What happened to Wendy’s? Home of the slow and cold food very dissatisfying.

Thanks for ruining my food by overloading it with condiments don’t know if the workers thought i wouldn’t notice or what but can clearly tell it was done on purpose. Trash experience. If you don’t like your job then quit there’s so many out
