Wendy's - Rocky River

Waiting in line for 30 minutes and 15 of that was at where you place your order with 1 car in front of me. This is totally unacceptable

Good food, fair price, unlike McDonald's.They're frosty machine is never broke

Ordered delivery at 930 with a 20minute delivery quote, by 10 my drivers still waiting then i get an email, no text or call, that more than half my meal isnt being delivered because its unavailable. Which is fine but at this time of night and after waiting an hour someone shouldve offered a substitute like every other restaurant that cares about guests do.

Disappointing. I received a burger with the incorrect bun and missing half of the ingredients.

Wendy's was great. Was there on Friday at noon. Fresh food, clean dining room and a great service team! Yea! 10/10
