They are very friendly and helpful and the food was good
It was tough to give this MC Donald's even one star! The ownership must have changed- the help is wearing filthy clothing and many of the employees are just rude.The guy at the to go window did not utter a word or even look at us.Oh- and the fish sandwich tasted like a soggy sponge!Rocky River is going down hill!
I 've been there twice and both times I went , the drive thru workers were acting like I was inconveniencing them. The first time I went, they didn 't give me something I ordered so I waited trying to get their attention and they said Jesus what do you want? just the customer service is horrible and rude and it 's not worth being disrespected just for wanting your right order. Second time there wasn 't much different
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Food was fresh. Actually got a large fry that was stuffed.
