McDonald's - Rocky Mountain House

One of our employees found a hair in their food, but they were promptly given a refund. We will not be ordering from there anymore, as the manager was very rude and unfriendly. No thank you.

We got there and the employee taking out order looked miserable, the food took forever to come to the extent where we had to ask for it. The place we sat smelled as if a child had puked on our feet, the food was cold and stale, my jr.chicken was drenched with sauce, and the floor was sticky and dirty. After I went to the bathroom and a employee walked in a groaned that’s how unhygienic it was, it was overwhelming amount of grossness, and we even considered dropping out and going to A&W

Upon arriving at the drive-thru, we were disappointed to learn that they had run out of chicken nuggets. The employee at the window seemed unwilling to make more, citing that nuggets take time to prepare. Despite the busy nature of the location, they were unwilling to accommodate our request. This was made even worse by the fact that there were no signs indicating that the restaurant closes at 10pm, despite claiming to be open 24 hours. When we voiced our concerns, we were met with rudeness and poor customer service. The employee even tried to forcefully take the debit machine out of my friend's hand before payment could be made. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. In my line of work, I understand the importance of listening to customers, empathizing with their concerns, apologizing sincerely, offering solutions, and standing by your word. It is never appropriate to respond with disrespect or aggression. Remember, the success of the business relies on the satisfaction of its guests. Treat your customers with respect and provide a positive experience for all who visit.

The restaurant was in need of some cleaning up and the staff seemed to be in need of a boost in morale. We stopped in for a quick cup of coffee but found the staff to be short and disinterested. The atmosphere was unpleasant due to the loud TV, so we didn't stay long and didn't take anything to go when we left.

Were couple and friend from area that came visiting Canada, when we went to order quarter cheese , we've find hair handling out of the sandwiched, we've just made fast return and asking our refund, we will never visit again. they are very curse those restaurant...
