Hardee's - Rocky Mount

The meal was just okay. My second taco was tough, and the hash browns were cold and overly crispy. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I love stopping by here in the morning before work! Everyone is so friendly, but especially Richard, who always greets me with a warm welcome. He's incredibly inviting and makes my day brighter. Richard provides the best customer service I've experienced in Rocky Mount!

I'm done with the Hardee's in Rocky Mount. I stopped by tonight to grab a Big Hardee and ended up spending $15 on my order. A few months ago, I had my first Big Hardee at the Hardee's in Roanoke Rapids, and it was fantastic. However, every time I return to Rocky Mount, it just gets worse. Tonight was the worst experience yet. I couldn't even finish my meal; the edges of my burger were burned, and the lettuce was so spoiled it felt slimy in the sauce. As for the fries, I wouldn’t even serve those to my dog—they weren't cooked all the way through. I'm incredibly disappointed with the quality of food I've received from Hardee's in Rocky Mount recently. It seems like the staff just doesn't care anymore, and it shows in the kitchen and throughout the restaurant. What a shame!

Hard biscuits like a come in guys we got to do better worst omlet biscuit I ever had.. it's like they reheated old biscuit or war so hard n dry deff not FRESH ?Food: 2/5
