Subway - Rockwall

I say this with love, as I've visited this place quite a few times, and I've always found the staff to be attentive and efficient. However, on my last visit, there was a gentleman working who had his earbuds in, and he didn’t notice a lady who had been waiting for over ten minutes for assistance. I really felt for her, as I've experienced similar situations at other places. That being said, my previous visits have been great. The lines usually move quickly, except during the dinner rush, but they manage as best as they can. The employees have always been friendly to me. One thing I wish they would do is bake more cookies, as they often run out, and I find myself getting the last few.

I have spent many years in customer service, and today I had one of the best experiences I've ever had. I don't usually write reviews, but Heather, the manager at this Subway, made me feel truly valued. She took special care to accommodate my wife's sandwich preferences and made it a point to wash her hands and change her gloves every time she stepped away from the counter. She managed the front on her own and was engaging and funny with all the customers. I will definitely be returning. I really enjoyed my visit, and my wife loved her sandwich!

I met Heather today, and she mentioned that she is the new manager. She’s truly a delightful breath of fresh air! My sandwich was spot on, and the customer service was excellent. I saw her walking around with the staff, showing them how to properly make a sandwich. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful service today! Total switch from a while ago. The Manger Heather kept that line going and she was so fast! I’ve never seen anything like it! It was busy and she had a smile on her face the whole time! Very inviting resteraunt .

This place has been a total turn around! Its clean and the food has great quality. The people working today seems so much nicer and having fun with customers. I could see they were so busy but didnt let the customer see that. I asked all their name on purpose. HEATHER manager. DILLLEN AND A young lady but did get her full name. Great food and clean again.
