The 55-minute wait was definitely worth it. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and the young man assisting with clearing tables was also excellent. The food was outstanding—it's often a good sign when there's a long wait and people are willing to wait, and this place did not disappoint. The chicken and waffles were particularly tasty. We highly recommend this restaurant; just be sure to arrive early to avoid a lengthy wait.

Love this place, been here a ton, the Benny is the best coffee! Love that they source lots of local food! Couple of issues is that several times I've been and they are out of GF toast (I go for coffee and toast/jam ???? and the bathrooms and floors aredisgusting. Otherwise it's a nice place with great food, delicious coffee and friendly service. It is pricey, but they do buylocal ingredients, and healthier meats.

I ordered the one-eyed Willie sandwich and it was fantastic. I added bacon, chorizo, onions, and jalapenos to it. My only complaint is that the jalapenos were raw. Personally, I would have preferred roasted or pickled jalapenos for a breakfast sandwich. Roasted jalapenos would have complemented the smokiness of the chorizo perfectly.

Incredible menu full of robust taste and great dishes. The Migas is my absolute favorite dish and the Winslow coffee is so good. Perfect place to come for breakfast any day of the week and all the tables are spaced well so you feel really comfortablesitting with your group. This has become my main go to spot for breakfast. I definitely recommend!

Overall, I really enjoy this place for its great brews and a simple yet delicious menu! It offers a unique take on modern homestyle cooking with a relaxed atmosphere. I gave it a four-star rating because of my personal experiences with some of the staff and the vibe of the venue as a woman of color; it's clear that people who look like me are not frequently seen here. However, most of the waitresses I've encountered have been very kind and informative. And I have to say, their biscuits are absolutely the best!
