La Bottega - Rockville Centre

In the last two years we had several family events and were gifted with catering from la bottegga. maria was nice to do with the delivery was on time and hot at the arrival. every time our guests shaved over the paninis and the pasta dish was excellent. Yesterday was not taken. unfortunately we have nothing more. it was so good. highly recommended.

I condemned my order and would not take responsibility to blame the doorbag, even though they packed the food. I've got very bad with me on the phone. I wouldn't stop hearing what was wrong. terrible customer service. does not understand how to deal with customers. I'll never eat from there again because of this sour experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Bad experience all around. They do not care about customer service anymore. Orders are always wrong and they BLAME doordash as an excuse. Do not waste your money. Go somewhere else where they care about their customers ????

Love the menu and the food but new food allergies came up and they won’t accommodate us! Such a shame!

They don’t listen to you when you place your order, DON’T BUY FOOD FROM HERE , I called and got yelled at by someone after telling them it is not what I ordered!! McDonald’s definitely a better recommendation!!!
