THE Friendliest Folks in Rockville! I love the sandwiches...my fav is the homemade Chicken Salad.

Nice deli in an office building.. super nice ladies... apple turkey is a popular one.. fresh slices of apple with turkey, havarti cheese and honey mustard.. must try! so good.. turkey gouda is also another popular sandwich! its on ciabatta bread and their ciabatta bread is so good!!! they have a lot of good sandwiches. if you're vegetarian try the veggie variety or veggie pita pocket.. really good filled with lots of fresh veggies. if you're vegan just ask them to take out the cheese.. real friendly staff. one of the friendliest group of people..

Overall, this is a fantastic place to grab a quick bite. The prices are similar to Subway, but the quality of the ingredients is noticeably better, resulting in a much tastier sandwich. The customer service here is also excellent; the ladies who work at the shop are incredibly friendly and even remember my name every time I come in. I really enjoy supporting small, family-run businesses like this, as they are far superior to the large chain sandwich shops. So far, I’ve tried their cheesesteak, gyro, and research chicken sandwich, and all have been great. However, as others have noted, the research chicken is exceptional. It features a perfectly seasoned, juicy chicken breast on a bread or sub roll, with a variety of toppings to choose from. I like to get it fully loaded with everything, including alfalfa sprouts and avocado. It’s both delicious and satisfying. You won’t be disappointed!

Average deli. I choose to come here because the food is decent, but the service is excellent. The service here is far better than that at Research Court Deli, another nearby option, so I don't mind driving a bit to eat here during lunch.
