I LOVE THEIR SANDWICHES!!! These sandwiches are among some of the best quality and taste very good, they have a great chips selection and a very clean and atmospheric store!

This is the second time my order got screwed up. The first time I asked for a salad with no blue cheese. And I got blue cheese on it. You know how hard it is to pick off blue cheese.Now I just ordered a turkey and swiss with bacon, lettuce and pickles. I got a plain turkey with lettuce and mayonnaise. I don't know whether they they can't hear when you give them the order but it's two for two. My orders have gotten screwed up. Potbelly needs to change their system.It's unfortunate because I do like their sandwiches but I can't get the sandwich I want!I filled out the survey on the receipt and asked for a refund on my salad and got no answer. I'm going to fill it out again and ask for a refund.The picture shows half an original sandwich. The whole original sandwich is $9. There's very little meat on this sandwich. I'll just go to Wawa next time.

It was so cold outside I had to have a steak and cheese sandwich with broccoli cheese soup to warm up. This lunch was perfect! I didn't even have a bite until the next morning for breakfast. Quite

I ordered online, got to the shop 15 min later. My order was not ready, waited for 15-20 more minutes while people coming to the store where getting the food faster that the online orders. I finally got my order and when I get to the office to eat my lunch they gave me the wrong order, a plain sandwich without the toopings I paid for. Very disappointed this time!
