Contribuiți la feedbackAfter a long day at work, I craved some Chinese food, so I found this restaurant on Google since I'm not a local. I ordered the walnut shrimp to go. On the positive side, my order was prepared really quickly. However, I couldn't help but notice that instead of walnuts, there were pecans in my dish. Perhaps a name change is in order? I wasn’t quite sure what I was expecting, but the fried shrimp coated in what tasted like mayonnaise and lacking walnuts was not it. I would consider coming back, but I’d definitely steer clear of this dish next time.
The food here is excellent and offers great value. The quality is high and the ingredients are top-notch. I ordered the water boiled fish, which consisted of spicy fish fillets in a rich red chili sauce. It was refreshing to enjoy the fillets without a breaded coating. The Kung Pao chicken was also delicious, packed with peanuts and a hint of numbing pepper. I decided to play it safe and chose a level 1 for the spice, but next time I plan to try something spicier!
I had the most incredible meal here on Friday! We ordered wonton soup, dry-fried eggplant, crazy beef, kung pao chicken (extra spicy), and chicken fried rice (also extra spicy). The food arrived quickly and was outstanding. They truly delivered on both spice and flavor!
I learned of Peter Chang back in 2020 while researching the best Chinese restaurants in the Maryland area and finally got to dine there in person last Sunday. The beef tendon and tripe was served in the most flavorful chili oil I?ve ever had. And that incredible flavor was consistently present in every single dish. The spicy shrimp dry pot being my absolute favorite. The quality of ingredients and cooking left me satisfied and content. Until my next visit.
Nice decor. Good location. Clean. The best part of the meal was the service and the appetizers. This is a borderline 4 star restaurant due to the appetizers but there were too many things off to earn 4. The crispy pork belly and fried eggplant are delicious. They are mouthwatering goodness. The salt and pepper shrimp was not very good compared to other local restaurants, like East Pearl, and at $21 it was overpriced. The double cooked pork belly lunch special was
