Contribuiți la feedbackIt was pretty good. The old cowboy steak I had was pretty tender. kartoffeln with maische could be very desired. the framed spinach was really good. the waiter was a little intrusive. compared to other upscale steak houses they needed a bit more training. but nicer man! other than that, decent experience. it was very slow for a Friday. when we were gone, we were the only ones on the side we were on.
Very mediocre experience for a fairly high price. there was only 1 host and the waiting staff seemed to be understated. the broth that was brought out tasted as if it was pre-baked frozen broth. it had a funny after the taste. the wound soup was more or less lukewarm and the cheese on had zero karaming. the muddles were very embarrassing. the garnels in the shrimp cocktail looked as if they had previously frozen garnels that they serve "abtauen and at home. the waitress never came to check us out after our appetizer. I asked that my new yorker strip steak is rarely cooked, but it came to share more like medium and even medium in some. I'm not sure if the sweet garnish should be eaten on the dish or if it was just for the decoration. the veggies were mostly underused. also the main rib was disappointing. it was very spoiled. I was in many steakhouses and restaurants, and I don't think I've ever seen a baked potato that wasn't divided and at least butter. the service was also quite slow. pro tipp: if you order chocolate and vanilla ice cream on the basis of the menu description, make sure that they are also hot fudge (which is by the way not hot) and cream. I ordered chocolate and vanilleeis, thought it would come out as the menu described, but I literally only have 1 shovel of each and nothing else. apparently they have to tell the waitress exactly what they want or perhaps that they want to sink an ice, although that is not what is listed on the menu. the last 2 mother days we went to ruth chris, but I complained because it is so expensive. I thought nod would be a better bargain, but the total amount was not so much less, but eating and the service was very sub par.
I was here a year ago or two years ago, but only to lunch. I visited this trip on Tuesday evening solo to dinner. the place was almost empty, only a few tables and a few people in the bar. Accordingly, I was immediately seated by a friendly host and quickly participated in the waitress. I went a little fantasy with the bone in stripe plus lobster dick and added fries together with a mojito. eating came fast, beautiful and hot. the lobster was excellent, perfectly boiled, but not overcooked, a bit more seasoned than I prefer, but not bad. the steak was disappointing. boiled properly to medium, as desired, but chew with most bites with belts that they did not chew and had to either swallow or spit out. yes. frits were hot, but (imho) not completely cooked in the inner. with this raw potato taste and texture. they hardly touched them. the dessert (brownie and eis) was delicious and the drinks had a good kick. at the price, as I have her most expensive steak, I expected better cuts of meat and kitchen in the location, some floor like fön fries properly cook. even on a slow Tuesday night. 5 stars for the staff, 3 overall for the room.
Good new yorker strip. love how they serve the garlic. my friend has the act very strong and tasty manhattan as it should be! delicious charcuterie board. the homemade cherry was good.
Very quiet neighborhood and in not so visible location. Food selection and service are good but food is just about average with higher price than it should be. I ordered New York stake medium rare but it cooked more of well done and all 12 orders are over cooked regardless of how they wanted. It also took almost 40 min to get food ready.
