Mcdonald's - Rockville

To the woman who bought my lunch in the drive, I thank them very much that I would like to bring them to dinner, they did my day and I will post a sign on the drive to find them.

They made me a big mac with quarters-fruit patties. it was glorious.

I've never been impressed by a worker at any mcdonald's ever before I came to his for a point redemption and it was unbelievable how these young lady did the best damn service ever and it showed how much am coworker can make the most common daily buy of most of the world and I never thought I would actually have a great visit that would feel better and in an even bigger mood then I went into. I would actually go out of my way to order from this mcdonald’s, rather then passing next to my place or the other on the way away.

Terrible service! I order my food through the Drive Thru and the lady in the second window was really rude! She gave me half of my order and when I tried to let her know that half of my order was missing. She gave me an rude answer that I ordered the other half. I told her I paid for two meals and 4 mcchickens. She gave me another rude answer and said she was just taking care of the food and nothing else! I had to drive around because she ordered my other half because she had three cars behind me. I thought a different look at the receipt, maybe the lady who takes the orders didn't add anything I order. However, my order was correct and the lady did not read the entrance correctly. I told her again that she should take another look at the receipt, as everything I ordered was in the entrance. She gave me a look and then realized that what I said was correct and she was wrong. In the end, she didn't apologize.

Clean, fast, and courteous. Exactly the experience that I get from well-managed well staffed McDonald's establishments.
