I went to the store I placed an order for 6 kids meals to take away, they gave me 5 when I went and complained, the first thing the worker did was claim that I was wrong, second I placed an order for a medium potato, they did not give me the receipt nor did they give me The potato When I was waiting for the potato in a bad manner they asked me what else I was waiting for, I told them that my dad told me that I had not ordered and that they had canceled the order. At no time did they check if I actually paid for the first order nor did they care.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. It's not worth your time or money. The food is consistently stale and cold.
I had a terrible experience at the restaurant, primarily due to an employee named Miriam. Her service was very poor, and I felt that she was unprofessional in her interactions with customers. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend dining here based on this encounter.
My father and children visited this restaurant today and were completely overlooked by the staff. We've been coming to this place for over 20 years since relocating to the area, so this lack of customer service is really disappointing. This isn't the first time we've experienced it. I don't know if it's due to laziness or arrogance, but it's frustrating to see the employees ignore customers while they engage in their own conversations. They really need to be held accountable for their behavior.
