Contribuiți la feedbackFor an appetizer we had the seafood sampler (lobster, shrimp, and crab). It was not fresh at all. It doesn't come with cocktail sauce. I asked for it when it came out and received 20 minutes later. For the main course we had the spare ribs, which were the best part of the meal, but were burnt. I asked for extra barbecue sauce and never received it. The other entree was the ahi tuna which was overcooked and had no flavor. The best thing they did was take the tuna off our bill.
The wines are extremely overpriced. The entrees are not a good value: a duck l 'orange with Grand Marnier sauce was less than appetizing (I can make a much orange sauce myself! The grilled tuna steak, which I requested medium, came completely dry on the edges, and raw in the middle (they are lucky I like raw fish . Forgettable appetizer and dessert. In addition, they provide American service ? You must make sure you tell them not to bring you the salad before you are done with the appetizer, and not to bring you the entree before you finished the salad. 1 appetizer, two entrees, 1 desert, 1 bottle of wine 15% tip $154 . . . Disappointing!!!! With so many other choices around this area, and especially in the Rockville Town Center, we 'll never visit this place again.
I've been to the Rockville location 5 times now, and I just don't get why everyone online has such negative things to say about it! I have had nothing but GREAT service, to die for food, and nothing but friendly faces! This past time I was there they had a fixed menu that gave you a four course meal for only $42. Find me a place in this area with as good of food for that price. I encourage the nay sayers to give it a second chance, because like I said I have had nothing but great times!!!
Absolutely the worst restaurant I 've ever visited. The experience begins with the confused decor (sports bar? New age place? Toney steakhouse? Denny 's-style grill? Unblinded windows let passers by stare in as you dine. The chairs are right out of a hotel banquet surplus store. The service missed on all marks including basics like getting orders correct, changing silverware (ok, we all were willing to share 1 knife , and glasses (wine glass or water glass? Couldn’t tell the difference.... and, one can suffice for the other in a pinch . Good food can surmount all, but this is bad cafeteria food. Meals arrived undercooked, steaks cold, mushy side veggies slopped onto platters. Yuck...Stay home and go hungry.
Worst restaurant I have ever been to. Decor- confused mix between sports bar, new age restaurant and Toney steakhouse with tables and chairs that must have been purchased from a Denny's closeout sale. Service- Slow, uninformed; details like changes of silverware (our table shared 1 knife), adequate glassware (counting past 5 proved a problem), and forgetfulness (incorrect orders, forgotten requests). Food: Disgusting. High priced cafeteria food.... which would have at least been edible had it been warm. Steak arrived literally cold to the touch. Tuna seared to a barely defrosted state. Wedge salad with enough dressing for 1/4 of the size. Side potatoes slopped onto the plate (presentation to make me long for a happy meal at McDonalds). Summary: Save the heartache, warn your friends...
