Dunkin' - Rockville

I really enjoy Dunkin', but I've noticed that this location tends to attract a crowd that gathers right outside. They often smoke and talk loudly, and when they come inside, the noise continues. It's quite disruptive, especially when I'm just trying to relax and enjoy my coffee. It’s even more concerning considering that small children come in as well. Overall, it’s not an ideal place to spend time.

The staff is friendly and efficient, and my family absolutely loves the avocado toast. It's delicious!

I had a chocolate glazed donut, but the coffee was excessively sweet. It wasn't the best morning since our coffee maker broke down.

Food was good but cashier was not very interactive. No drive through.

I went to this location for a frozen drink. I ordered frozen Matcha latte which is a frozen green tea drink, the picture is what I received from the gentleman that couldn't understand my English. Than as you can see the drink was made horribly. By the time I left the store it wasn't frozen anymore and by the time I got in my car all the mocha was at the bottom of the cup. This is terrible and needs to be fixed people shouldn't have to repeat their order several times and tell what they want either just so the workers can understand
