Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rockville

Did not accept my gift cards that had money on them and said they didn't work. One of the ladies who took my order did not speak English and could not take my order right. Will not return to this Chipotle location.

Chipotle is one of the best food I had, and that will be one when my standard option when I am confused about what food to eat. I like their options for bowls. Chipotle staff was very nice and friendly where I've ever been in a different state or something.

Do you remember when you get a bowl / Burrito w/chips for less than $10 just a few years ago? Oh, and it was made with decent ingredients and the quality was pretty dang good? Not anymore. And it gets worse and worse.

Chipotle, generally is tasteless. I ordered pickup and somehow it took them 20 minutes over the agreed pickup time. It would have been 4x faster to wait in the line. How do you calculate a tortilla? Take your time and money to Qdoba.

It?s really hit or miss. As early as 7pm they start ?running out of guacamole?? the ?online orders? side seems to have plenty of it, but for those who come in and stand in line- out of luck. Secondly- they seem to often run out of fajitas and as early as 7pm- not want to make a fresh batch. This place is convenient, but I find myself time after time driving up the street to the one at pike and rose. Mid day- the staff is better and the bowls are full and the stock is full. So I can?t fault them there? but for dinner, when you want it the most, always a big fail.
