Benchwarmers - Rockport

First time here. They said it would be a 30 minute wait and it took over an hour to sit down. For about 30 minutes there was more than 4 tables open.When I asked they said they were rude and said they are trying with attitude . Looks like they need to train the hostess. I spoke with the manager Audrey and she had an attitude and no sympathy for the time we have been waiting. Stating “there has been people waiting longer than you.” Terrible experience for a first time will not return

Without a doubt the best burger! I had the Mushroom Swiss- juicy, cooked to perfection. Must not forget the home made potato chips! My new favorite place to eat!

Ordered the Old Fashioned burger with house friesFood arrive in a reasonable amount of time and was hot.Burger was large and difficult to fit in my mouth around so good there.Hamburger was properly cook and fairly moist.Had a good flavor and the tomatoes, onion and lettuce were fresh.House fries were decent tasting and the serving size was more than I could eat.Wait staff checked on us several times and refilled my iced tea and provided extra lemons and pickles on request.Overall I felt the food was acceptable and was a good value for the price and serving size.Flavor was average to slightly better.I ve had better burgers and plenty more that were much worse.Food was good enough and the service better than average that I'd go back and try another item in the future.

I eat here every time I’m in town. Great menu and super nice people!!!!

I can only speak for the Hudat portion of the restaurant. This is one of my favorite places to dine in Rockport. It is clean, the servers are friendly, and I love the noodles with the brown sauce, choice of meat, and veggies. My parents both enjoy the egg drop soup, and egg rolls.
