Taco Bell - Rocklin

Placed an order nearly a week ago where half of my order was missing. Reached out to customer service almost immediately to resolve it. Instead of refunding my order like I asked, they waited days before even contacting me and instead “compensated” me by giving me a free item I didn’t want. They’re now ignoring any further requests to refund my items.

THEY CONSISTENTLY CLOSE EARLY BEFORE CLOSING HOURS.

I go to this Taco Bell occasionally on my 30 mins lunches and Ive come to find out they have an amazing crew! Most of them are very hard workers and really do put the time into making my food the best they can. Shoutout to Mary and Julia they made the best Crunchwrap I’ve ever had!

My daughter drags me here constantly and while they may not get all your order right all the time, but they Def have beautiful females(lol no stranger danger ; which kind of makes up for that quesadilla with no sauce instead of extra imo. ?‍?‍

When are you guys getting a manager? Spent $33 on food just to get 4 bean burritos and nothing I ordered. I don't even go to this one anymore because of how bad it is but sent my kids and thought they would go to the one by Arby's. This place needs a new owner who will hire people who will at least try to the job. SMH horrible experience again
