Wow, where do I event start! I ordered a German chocolate cake for my mom's 60th Birthday! She is ver particular about her sweets and especially her cakes. Northstar Baking did such a phenomenal job on this cake, from the texture to taste it was simply amazing. My husband who doesn't like sweets even tried and was impressed with the flavor. The cake didn't have that over barring sugar frosting flavor, instead it was light and fluffy but still sweet enough. I will be ordering from Northstar Baking in the future.

My goodness, the fruit tarts Metin made were AMAZING! I wanted to send a gift to my client who lives in California and I couldn't find anyone who would make a fruit tart near where she lived. Metin worked with me to not only design the best fruit tarts possible for my client but he also delivered them. Obviously this was an extra charge, but I was thrilled to pay it since he was able to hand deliver them to my client when I live on the other side of the country. My client could not stop raving about how delicious the tarts were and posted it all over social media. If you need someone to design a special treat, Northstar Home Baking is your best bet!!!!!

Chef Matin is a genius and definitely a master of his craft! This lemon cake delighted the taste buds, tantalized the senses and was a vision to behold!!
