Mcdonald's - Rocklin

Picked up an order and was shorted a large fry. Discussed problem w/manager a week later on next trip. Mgr refused to comp a large fry. Said I had to call in the day it happened. Thats what I call bad cust service. Loose a long time cust over a $5. fry!

2/14/2024Stopped for the big breakfast but messed up the order trying to use the kiosk for the first time. Maybe later I'll get the hang of it.Three stars ? ? ?

Crew doesn't wash their hands after using the restroom.

Milkshakes are what my son and I come for,, We have the gal take 2 cones drop them into a med cup,she tops it off,then our 2 dogs get the cones/frosty bottoms ,,

I really like the food taste and how there is a gas
