Jack In The Box - Rocklin

I visited the restaurant yesterday and ordered onion rings with my meal, but even though I paid extra, I didn’t receive any. Today, I decided to give it another try and ordered The Jack spicy chicken sandwich meal with onion rings. This time, I did get the onion rings, but they brought me the wrong sandwich. To say I'm frustrated would be an understatement. Make sure to double-check your orders!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars. Usually, our food is spot on when we come here, but during this visit, our order was lukewarm when we went through the drive-thru. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I plan to visit again and hopefully, I can give a 5-star review next time!

I spent the entire weekend at the hotel behind Jack's. Each time I tried to get food, the lobby was locked. This happened on Saturday at 8 PM and again on Sunday at 1:30 PM. As a result, I had to go to Arby's and buy food from a convenience store.

There was hair and spit in my food, I paid 9$ for. I?ve been trying to call since 8:10am and it?s been ringing over and over. It?s 9:07 am now so I?m giving up on reaching out. this place sells food with someone?s dna in it.

Okay for fast food. My kid likes the teriyaki bowl. Got a sausage croissant and the egg was way overcooked brown, crispy and tough, just like I don't like. They ran out of napkins but did put some paper towels in the order. Got my order wrong so I hadto go thru the drive thru again to get it replaced. They replaced it no problem. The menu is hit and miss. Some things are good,others, not so much. They tried to give me someone else's order. I would be upset if they handed my bag to someone else thengave it to me. Looks like a hectic place to work. I hope that they are getting paid a living wage.
