The team member taking orders at the drive through decided to talk to the car in front of me for five minutes about BMWs while I sat behind them waiting. I drove off and went to Starbucks. Tell your people to focus on taking orders if there’s a line.

I went back to try their hot chocolate. It was much better than the Santa Maria store. Great service and friendly staff.

The coffee here is quite good. However, be cautious as they tend to add a significant amount of sugar to nearly everything. The most frustrating aspect of this place, which led me to take away two stars, is the uncomfortable tipping situation. The staff seems to lack a fundamental understanding of customer service, and they shove a tablet in your face, prompting you to add a dollar on top of your six-dollar coffee. It can be quite tiresome. This is precisely why many people opt for a Nespresso.
