Wasabi - Rockledge

When I called back, the woman informed me that I could come pick up the fried rice. I explained that I couldn't leave the house and asked if they could deliver it to me, but she said no and offered to credit me only for the fried rice. I emphasized that I don't eat plain white rice and that I prefer my sesame chicken served with fried rice. I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to eat the food I received and that it would end up in the trash since I was leaving for out of state tomorrow. I asked for a credit for both the sesame chicken and the fried rice or to have someone bring me the fried rice. She insisted that I would only receive credit for the fried rice. When I requested to speak to a manager, she told me the manager would be unavailable for a week and a half and that she was the only person I could talk to. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, and I will never return to this restaurant. I plan to share this review on every platform I can think of. I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment! Also, their prices are extremely high.
