Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rockledge

I have had extensive experience with slow service in the Middle East, but waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie was unreal.

The delicious smoothies for my son and me were excellent! The young lady at the front desk was polite and friendly.

I walked up to the counter at the tropical smoothie cafe and was initially unimpressed with the attitude of the employee, Nick. However, as our interaction continued, I could see that he was truly passionate about his work. When I asked for a regular cookie, he informed me that I could choose between chocolate chip or snickerdoodle. At first, I was hesitant and even called him a rude name, but Nick remained professional and convinced me to try the chocolate chip cookie, which he claimed was excellent. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Overall, my experience at the tropical smoothie cafe was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, but I would definitely go back. It offers the best smoothies in the southeast region of Rockledge.

Food is okay, but inconsistent. Wait times also vary wildly. It's not uncommon for smoothies to be served out of order or 5-10 minutes after food.Edit: Removed one more star. The quality control here is just terrible. Sometimes food is well made, but most of the time it isn't.Edit2: Every time I go here, I end up removing another star. Their wraps are just terribly constructed. Not tightly wrapped, not evenly distributed. I used to say they are not consistent, but now they are consistently bad. We won't be back.
